Icon Water is seeking tenders for the provision of Cyber Managed Detection & Response (MDR) Services to enable Icon Water to take full strategic control over many of the services currently provided under the corporate service agreement with ActewAGL, including control and operational responsibility for all aspects of cyber security.

Broadly, the Respondent must offer a comprehensive MDR service that includes 24/7 monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and recovery services in order to enhance Icon Water's cyber security posture
