Tender Description
CSV is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (“RFT”) for the provision of Employee Wellbeing Supports (EWS) for employees, managers and executives. The service will also be available to immediate family members of employees residing in the same household. Services to Judicial Officers and Appointed Members are excluded from this opportunity. The details for the provision of services are fully outlined in Part A.2 – Specifications.
CSV is seeking responses for EWS for the Courts Group for a duration of up to five years, consisting of a fixed term of three years with two options (one year plus one year) at the discretion of CSV. The Courts Group comprises:
- CSV
- the Supreme Court of Victoria
- the County Court of Victoria
- the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria
- the Children’s Court of Victoria
- the Coroners Court of Victoria
- Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal
- the Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal
- Judicial College of Victoria
- Judicial Commission of Victoria
CSV are directing a significant effort toward improving the capability and capacity for occupational health and safety (OHS) management across the Courts Group, with a dual focus on optimising employee mental health and wellbeing and preparing CSV to meet its obligations under the proposed Occupational Health and Safety Amendment (Psychological Health) Regulations.
The scope of this RFT includes fit-for-purpose and responsive short term:
- individual counselling and holistic mental health support for employees; and
- urgent support for employee(s) and groups identified as being at risk.
CSV is seeking to enter into a contract with a sole EWS Service Provider for the provision of:
- Core Deliverables to all members of the Courts Group, to be delivered in stages following the commencement date of the contract, as specified in the transition-in requirements; and
- Optional services and support deliverables, to be delivered if required to any member of the Courts Group which has issued a Purchase Order under the contract for those services.
