Tenders are invited for the Works.
In response to the inclusive playground strategy drafted and developed by Council, the Percy Treyvuad Memorial Park is proposed to undergo a renewal, also in response to the current and future community requirements and in line with the Council’s ongoing playground asset renewal program.
City Of Stonnington is thus seeking the services of an experienced and qualified Contractor to deliver the new Percy Treyvaud Memorial Park Playground, sited alongside the recently completed Percy Treyvaud Multipurpose Sport and Recreation Facility (Stonnington Sports Centre).
This contract involves the removal of some existing playground equipment, partial replacement and upgrades to existing equipment and the addition of new recreational facilities throughout the playground. Earthworks and landscaping are also included as part of the scope – including site excavation, in-filling, in-ground structures, ground treatment, pedestrian paths, vegetation planting, etc. (subject to change however, at Council’s discretion).
NOTE: The online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
