Tender Description
Tenders are invited for road upgrades to a 360m section of Commissioners Flat Road, Peachester.
The scope of works includes, but is not limited to:
• Vegetation clearing in accordance with impact management plan
• Extension to existing drainage structure
• Coordination of service relocations works
• Road pavement reconstruction and widening, and
• Road resurfacing
• Installations of road furniture and line marking
• Revegetation.
Works are to be carried out in a manner that will minimise impact to local traffic movements.
All works will be awarded to one Principal Contractor. The successful Respondent will be required to provide all materials, plant and labour necessary to complete all required works in accordance with the issued design and associated documents.
This is a lump sum contract with an anticipated Practical Completion date of 30 June 2025.
Council will not be conducting a Site Information Session. Respondents are encouraged to visit the Site to familiarise themselves with job requirements prior to submitting a Tender.
