Sunshine Coast Council is seeking suitably qualified Contractors to Design and Construct the road rehabilitation projects located in Beerwah and Mooloolah Valley under a Lump Sum Design and Construct Contract as follows:

• Separable Portion A – Pinelands Drive, Tallawong Close and Kurrajong Court - Beerwah

• Separable Portion B - Birdsong Drive and Bilby Place - Mooloolah Valley

Respondents may bid for one or both separable portions. Council reserves the right to award one (1) or both separable portions to one (1) or two (2) suppliers.

The Contractor will be responsible for managing all operational activities and ensuring the site is always maintained in a safe and trafficable state, whilst minimising traffic congestion and potential delays. To ensure delivery of the program of work, the Contractor shall provide and maintain a detailed methodology for management of the projects.

The scope of work includes the provision of all materials, plant, and labour associated with the Construction of the pavements in accordance with the design and associated specification. Council requires a Practical Completion date for both sites of 30 April 2025.

Respondents are encouraged to visit each site to familiarise themselves with job requirements prior to tender submission.
