Tender Description
The Town of Port Hedland (the Town) is looking for a suitably qualified consultant to prepare a Precinct Structure Plan for the West End as well as undertake a review of the Town’s existing South Hedland Town Centre Development Plan 2014 and prepare a Precinct Structure Plan for the South Hedland Town Centre. The two Precinct Structure Plans are to be prepared in accordance with State Planning Policy 7.2 – Precinct Design, the Precinct Design Guidelines and Precinct Plan Manner and Form.
