WVPHN's objectives in issuing this RFP is to commission a Supplier to deliver a comprehensive top down and ground up RACH Change Management Training Program to address the goal of supporting RACHs to implement and adopt telehealth and digital technologies in their homes. In addition, support though the change process is important for RACHs that are already time pressured and averse to technology. By supporting RACHs to have a more streamlined approach to telehealth and digital technology implementation the outcome will be better workflow for staff and improved quality of care for residents in the aged care setting.
