Tender Description
Council invites companies to download EOI documentation and submit an expression of interest for the above-mentioned contract.
Please ensure EOI submissions are submitted before the EOI close date and time.
Late EOI submissions will not be accepted.
This EOI is the first step in what may be a two-stage process. Based on the responses received, Kingston City Council may proceed to a formal Tender process to appoint a head contractor for the project.
The scope of works in this contract includes the following:
- Demolition of existing goods lift
- Replacement with a Passenger- compliant
- Enclosed goods hoist
Contractors will please note that there is a mandatory site visit that is available on
Tuesday 5 November 2024.
Applicants will need to advise Council when they will be attending the site visit by emailing contracts@kingston.vic.gov.au
