Tender Description
Casey City Council is seeking Tenders in response to this Request for Tender from experienced and suitably qualified tenderers to provide the Services described in the Tender Specification.
The successful Tenderer will provide the following outcomes:
a) Ability to erect and maintain safety fencing to fully enclose the works area and ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout the construction period.
b) Ability to complete all civil and structural works, including the construction of external and internal walls, roofing, and reticulation of sewerage, water, and rainwater systems as specified.
c) Ability to supply and install all necessary finishes and fixtures, including painting, joinery, flooring, and hardware, to meet the project's requirements
