Central and Eastern Sydney PHN (CESPHN) are requesting proposals for a consultant to undertake an evaluation of the Emotional Wellbeing for Older People (EWOP) in Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs) program, commissioned by Central and Eastern Sydney PHN (CESPHN) and delivered by Service provider, Anglicare.

The objective of evaluating the EWOP program is to determine how the program:

i. Meets the needs of clients, RACF staff, and families/carers.

ii. Aligns with Commonwealth directives for mental health services in aged care.

iii. Ensures the sustainability and future enhancement of the service model.

iv. Can share findings with other PHNs and the Department of Health and Aged Care to improve implementation of Commonwealth guidelines across regions.
