Education Programs and Services (EPS) within the ACT Education Directorate delivers universal learning services and wellbeing strategies, frameworks, and programs to ACT public schools, to enhance student learning opportunities. EPS requires a qualified and experienced contractor to design and implement a water safety awareness program that ensures Year 2 students attending ACT public primary schools can develop water safety and survival skills and knowledge.
