Horticulture Innovation Australia (Hort Innovation) is a not-for-profit, grower-owned Research and Development Corporation (RDC) for Australia’s $16.3 billion horticulture industry. Hort Innovation invests around $154 million in research and development (R&D) and marketing programs annually to provide benefit to industry and the wider community.
Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and capable delivery partner for the project: Dried Grapes Strategic Export Marketing 3 Year Plan (DG24501).
The objectives of the services being sought are to develop and execute a three year marketing export plan to promote Australian dried grapes in priortised export markets. Ensuring the program focuses on three key challenges:
- Showcase quality: Recognition of the superior quality of Australian Dried Fruit and justification of a premium price.
- Premium positioning: How to obtain premium pricing in key markets that value our product.
- Education: Regarding quality, how Dried Grapes are grown (clean, green positioning).
Hort Innovation has prepared a Request for Proposal (RFP) document that provides background information, outlines the scope of services, the procurement process and the information required from interested parties.
