During the 2022 Flooding Event, there were numerous Carparks and Access Roads which were damaged across the Tweed Shire region. These Carparks and access roads had large community reliance for access to Boat Ramps, Sporting Fields, Playgrounds and Parks. As a result, this RFO requests the Service of a suitably qualified Contractor to complete the Construction of each Car Park and Access Road in line with the approvals, specifications and IFC Drawings.

There will be two Pre-Offer Meetings held at Ray Pascoe Park along Kennedy Drive, Tweed Heads. These meetings will be held on the following dates:

- 5th November 2024 at 2:00pm Local Time

- 12th November 2024 at 2:00pm Local Time

It is encouraged that each Contractor notify the Principal that they will be in attendance prior to the meeting dates.

The closing date of this RFO is non-negotiable and Council will not be able to extend this date.
