The State Sport Centres Trust is a statutory authority responsible for governing the State Sport Centre’s four venues: Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre (MSAC), the State Netball and Hockey Centre (Parkville), Lakeside Stadium and the State Basketball Centre (Knox). As a premier multi-sport facility in Victoria, our vision is to enable sporting organisations and individuals to achieve peak performance, reach their potential and deliver world-class events.

The State Sport Centres (SSC) are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the design development for the refurbishment of specific areas of the hockey grandstand at its’ State Netball and Hockey Centre (SNHC) venue. The consultation services include, but are not limited to:

• Concept design

• Schematic and detailed design sufficiently detailed to support construction tender

• Assistance with RFIs during the tender phase

• Updates to documentation as required for construction

• Review and approval of shop drawings

• Assistance with processing variations during construction

• Preparation and submission of as-built drawings

• Defect inspections and preparation of defect reports

The services do not include:

• Contract documentation (by SSCT)

• Tender phase (by SSCT)
