The Murraylands and Riverland Landscape Board manages a significant number wetland complexes along the South Australian River Murray to maintain their ecological condition/health. The services of a suitable pumping contractor are required to deliver environmental water to identified wetland complexes as per the annual Watering Schedule 2024-25 (and subsequent annual Watering Schedules for 2025-26 and 2026-27).

This work package calls for multiple concurrent pumping operations using relocatable (i.e. trailer mounted) independently powered (i.e. diesel) pumps of various appropriate sizes; and including deployment / operation / refuelling / servicing / decommissioning activities to multiple remote regional sites; as well as site-based fire prevention measures, environmental management (i.e. erosion mitigation) and equipment security. This will be a 1+1+1yr procurement of services.
