The Scope of Works is as follows:

The scope of work required under the Contract is as follows:

(a) Obtaining all required approvals from the relevant statutory authorities, for the transportation of the biosolids sludge.

(b) Supply a safe and suitable cartage vehicle(s), trailers, bins/skips, drivers, labour, fuel and other consumables required for the transportation of biosolids sludge from the nominated sites for transportation to a biosolids sludge storage or treatment facility as described in this Specification.

(c) Preparation of contingency plans for, but not limited to, biosolids sludge spills, clean up, handling and transportation.

(d) Provision of biosolids sludge load weights transported in electronic form each week and in support of the Contractor's invoice for payment. These weights shall be obtained for each load either by the use of a licensed weighbridge or via vehicle fitted with calibrated scales. A copy of load weight supporting documentation shall be submitted each month.
