Tender Description
All Goulburn Valley Water Contractors who tender for work with a total of 100k or more will be required to have a third party certified safety system e.g. AS/NZS 4801:2001
Brief Description of Works: The existing inlet structures and distribution boxes are in poor condition and will require remediation with appropriate acid-resistant cement base lining to prevent partial failure of the structure. Maintain the function of the inlet distribution structures while the works are being carried out.
Tenderers must understand and action the Tender Booklet Annexure B Particulars, as a minimum:

- Note: Goulburn Valley Water, have a long and long policy therefore, all contractors visiting GVW sites must wear long sleeves shirt and long trousers, hats, HI VIS vest or alike, foot protection.
Clause 15 Selection Criteria details the following:
Mandatory Criteria:
-Code of Conduct Checks, Insurance and Financial
-Third Party Accredited OHS Management System
-Weighted Evaluation Criteria:
- Value for Money - Price 30%
- Value for Money - Delivery ability and approach 30%
- Past Performance 40%
Ahead of the Required Returnable Tender Schedules the Tender Form Table details all the Tender Booklet Returnable Schedules (unless stated) and aligns them to the above Mandatory and Weighted Evaluation Selection Criteria.

Non-conforming tenders will be reviewed in terms of their actual departures, which Tenderers must clearly list in the Tender Booklet Tender Conformance Schedule. Minor non-conformances can be sought to be clarified. However, those that do not meet at least the minimum mandatory requirements are excluded.”
