Tender Description
The Town of Gawler are seeking tender responses for the design, supply, and installation of one (1) free standing D.D.A. compliant, fully automated, self-cleaning accessible amenity inclusive of all service connections and site preparation, such that a “turn-key” solution is provided.
The Works include, but are not limited to:
• Demolition of the existing public toilet block.
• The installation of a D.D.A. compliant automated toilet block, to be completed by 31st May 2025.
• Concrete pad and footings.
• Service locations and provision of all necessary service connections to the amenity and surrounding service points, including but not necessarily limited to water, sewer, electrical and stormwater including liaison with each service provider.
• Any associated path/landscaping works that are required to match existing.
