New Plymouth District Council (NPDC) is seeking quotes for the preparation and re-painting of the Bell Block Community Hall's Exterior and Interior painted surfaces as outlined in the Scope of Works.

We require a local painting contractor to:

1) Undertake the interior preparation and painting of this hall during the school holidays between 13 December 2024 and 24 January 2025.

2) Undertake the exterior preparation and painting of this hall between 1 December 2024 and 25 February 2025 or between 1 March 2025 and 30 June 2025.

It is the expectation of NPDC that the painting works to be carried out to a good standard of workmanship and within the NPDC Health and Safety standards. The paint to be used is either Dulux or Resene per the supplied specifications.
