The Huon Valley Council is calling for Tenders for the construction of kerb and channel, footpath and stormwater drainage in Agnes Street, Ranelagh and along Wilmot Road, Huonville adjacent to Huonville High School.

LODGEMENT OF TENDERS

ALL Tenders are to be lodged electronically through the Huon Valley Council's online Portal and must be lodged prior to the deadline. The Deadline for this Request is 5pm (AEST) on Wednesday 6 November 2024. This is the ONLY method by which Tenders will be accepted for evaluation.

When lodging a Tender via the Huon Valley Council's online Portal, it is the Tenderers responsibility to ensure they are compliant with the 'Lodgement of Tenders and Delivery Method' section of the Request for Tender document.

NO LATE TENDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL TENDERS SUBMITTED BY FACSIMILE, EMAIL, MAIL, HAND DELIVERED, TELEPHONE OR BY ANY METHOD OTHER THAN THE HUON VALLEY COUNCIL TENDERLINK PORTAL, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EVALUATION.

The opening of the electronic Tender Box will be conducted at the Huon Valley Council office immediately after the Tender closure deadline. All or any Tenders are not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of Elected Members will disqualify.
