Edith Cowan University (ECU) is seeking responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP), for a fully managed Facilities Management solution, to include Hard and Soft FM, including Cleaning Services and Grounds Maintenance, at ECU’s South West Campus at Bunbury.

ECU will contract with an FM supplier ideally with a local presence (in the Bunbury area), who is able to fully manage the maintenance and upkeep of the Campus Buildings, Grounds and Associated Services, delivering excellent service performance that meets ECU’s deliverables standards.

This RFP relates specifically to Facilities Management Services, at the South West Campus at Bunbury.

RESPONDENT MUST PROVIDE RESPONSES IN THE COMMENTS FIELD IN THE ONLINE SUBMISSION FORM SYSTEM (AS RQUESTED), AND/OR PROVIDE NO MORE THAN TWO ATTACHMENTS TO EACH REQUIREMENT.

Respondent may be disqualified or have responses marked down if the Respondent chooses to upload a single document containing all responses to the tender.
