Tender Description
FCAR is seeking to engage the services of a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to execute the construction of a new fence at the Early Childhood Education Centre at Falls Creek.
All works must conform strictly to the Construction issue drawings and specifications, Construction Program, SEMP, and Safety Plan. Any variations to these documents, including specified materials and sizes, must be approved by FCAR prior to any works being undertaken.
The works include, but are not limited to, the supply of all plant, labour, materials, and equipment necessary for successful completion of the following Works:
- Mobilisation, site setup
- Fencing, signage, traffic management and site safety
- Material storage containers
- Construction of rock wall
- Installation of steel fencing
- Installation of glass panelling
- Waste skips, bins as required
- Removal of all waste, surplus materials, and disposal off mountain
