The Territory is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Project Manager (Consultant) to provide Project Management Services to deliver the Northside Hospital Project (NHP).

The Consultant will be required to manage the overall delivery of the Very Early Contractor Involvement (VECI) and Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) Phases of the NHP, with the option of extension to the delivery of D&C Phase at the Territory’s discretion.

This request includes confidential information. Suppliers are advised there will be two tender boxes as follows:
