Tender Description
The Council’s objectives for the Bulk Haulage Services are to:
- Attract and complete a competitive tender process;
- Obtain efficient pricing for the provision of Bulk Haulage Services;
- Seek pricing for the transport of recyclables and organics to known local processing facilities;
- Provide for some flexibility to allow Council to review and alter the number, days and hours of operation and configuration of its Waste Facilities; and
- Present the Bulk Haulage Services package to the market, alongside other related waste services to allow for potential efficiencies in service delivery.
