Norfolk Island Regional Council (NIRC) is the local government body of Norfolk Island an island territory of Australia in the south Pacific Ocean, 1,676 km northeast of Sydney. The Island is about 8km long and 5km wide and has a population of 2,100 people. Since the mid-1960s the major economic activity of Norfolk Island has been tourism and about 30,000 tourists visit the island annually.

NIRC is seeking the supply of bulk fuel in accordance with the Specification and conditions of this Invitation to Tender.
