Join the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine (AFRM) Faculty Assessment Committee (FAC) for the position of the Entry Phase Exam (EPE) Deputy Coordinator.
Description
The Committee supervises the coordination of the development, preparation and measurement of exams and assessments and also standardises examiners and assessors and oversees examining panels.
The Committee is also responsible for administering the Entry Phase Exam (EPE) Working Party that develops content and selects question topics for the annual AFRM EPE.
The AFRM FAC audits and analyses exam data used to change policy and programs to improve exams and assessments. The Committee reports recommendations to the College Education Committee, the AFRM Education Committee and associated working parties and committees.
To be successful, you must have:
- unconditional AHPRA or MCNZ registration as a AFRM Rehabilitation Medicine Physician
- minimum 2 years’ experience as an examiner or working party member in any AFRM clinical examination.
This position isn't a formal membership on the Committee. The Deputy Coordinator role will be to support the Lead Coordinator with the view of stepping into the Lead Coordinator role once the Lead Coordinator finishes in the role.
The AFRM FAC holds 1 face-to-face meeting a year, up to 5 teleconferences, and additional meetings as required.
