The City of Armadale is seeking to appoint the services of a suitably qualified electrical contractor(s) to see the installation of new decorative lighting within the City centre precinct. Lighting upgrades are planned within Memorial Park, surrounding the City’s administration building surrounds and Minnawarra Park.

The works will involve the disconnection and removal of redundant pole mounted lighting, and the installation of new pole mounted post top lighting, flood lighting and feature tree lighting. New underground electrical infrastructure in the form of pit, pipe and cabling will be integrated with the City’s existing electrical infrastructure. Modifications to the existing electrical installation will be required within poles and distribution boards to facilitate and the deliver the new works.

The project must have the lighting installed and reach practical completion prior to 30 June 2025.A full statement of requirements is contained within Appendix C - Specification.
