Tender Description
Council wishes to engage an experienced lessee for premises located at Bulli Beach Tourist Park Kiosk, 1 Farrell Road, Bulli, NSW 2516 also known as Part Lot 173 in Deposited Plan 728053.
The Lease term is for an initial period of Five years with an option of a further extension for a further Five years (5 + 5), with any such option exercisable at the sole discretion of Council.
