Lake Maintenance (WA) Pty Ltd on behalf of the Department of Communities (DOC) is seeking EOI from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake U6 98 Herbert Street in the Broome area.

The purpose of this project is to refurb U6 98 Herbert Street in Broome. EOI documents are available for download together with technical specification V11. The list of properties is in the final evaluation report.
