Submissions are invited for the provision of services at Toowoomba Regional Council (TRC) Waste Facilities in accordance with the Request for Tender documentation attached.

Existing contract arrangements for the following services are due to expire on 30 June 2025:

- Waste facility supervision services;

- Waste facility maintenance services;

- Rural bin station services;

- Waste facility resource recovery services; and

- Dismantling of mattresses for recycling components.

Proposed separable portion contracts have been developed to replace existing arrangements, commencing on 30 June 2025, and will consist of:

WT07-23/24 A - Waste facility supervision and maintenance services (incorporating supervision, maintenance and rural bin station services); and

WT07-23/24 B - Resource recovery services (incorporating waste facility resource recovery, dismantling of mattresses for recycling components and tip shop services).
