Tender Description
PROJECT SCOPE
In conjunction with all other information provided within the Tender package, the Contractor shall be responsible and allow for the following:
Design and Construction Scope:
1. Based on the proposed concept drawings and other information provided, including the following under the D&C scope/pricing:
o Minor internal renovation/refurbishment of existing storage room into adult changeroom facility as outlined in drawings provided
2. Building Compliance Approvals:
The Contractor shall be responsible for and allow for all required legislative approvals including (but not limited to):
o Building Approval/Certification – the outlined works void the requirement for Building Approval.
o Plumbing Approval – Application fees and approvals required – to be arranged under contractor’s scope for D&C components.
o All statutory fees and approvals required – to be arranged under contractor’s scope for D&C components.
3. Existing Services Infrastructure:
o Electrical Supply - The Contractor shall make all required allowances to connect into the existing electrical supply infrastructure within the building.
o Comms – The Contractor shall make all required allowances to enable the tenant’s service providers to access/install data and comms services within the server room during construction.
o Sanitary Drainage – The Contractor shall make all required allowances to connect into the existing sanitary drainage and sewer infrastructure, including a grease-trap installation and in accordance with legislative requirements.
