Tender Description
The Western Australian government has a requirement to refresh the existing Panel 2 (Satellite Network Solutions) under Common User Arrangement (CUA) for the provision of Telecommunications Solutions (CUATEL2021). The expaned Panel 2 under CUATEL2021 will be used by all WA State Agencies and other approved CUA users to support business operations.
The supplement is anticipated to cover the following areas:
- incorporate all satellite solutions, including fixed satellite and allowing for more holistic satellite solutions;
- mandate Panel 2 from its previous non-mandatory status; and
- expand the Panel in consideration of the above changes.
Existing Suppliers may offer new and expanded services, and there is the opportunity for the market to offer both Portable/Mobile and fixed satellite solutions, as well as to present the opportunity to offer new satellite networks.
