This RFT is for a 350mm dia PE trunk watermain upgrade along Halifax Street (commencing to the west of the Halifax/Paru Paru/Rutherford intersection) and also along Collingwood Street (terminating at Bridge Street).

This RFT is seeking :

a) Methodology and pricing for the Halifax Street and Collingwood Street Watermain Upgrade

b) Contractors with experience in stakeholder management

The Head Contractor will hold expertise in construction planning, sequencing and staging approaches to the build, provide pricing, risk management and stakeholder management activities during construction.
