Mildura Rural City Council is seeking Tender responses from suitably qualified individuals and organisations to remove existing fence and gates and associated structures, provide new fence, gates and associated structures as described in the Specification.

The purpose of the works required is to replace the existing tennis fencing and associated items with new fencing and associated items.

INSPECTION: A site inspection with Council is available on request via the forum. Inspections are recommended however not mandatory.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted electronically by uploading. Respondents will receive a confirmation email response upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the help function or the online chat available from the home page.

Submissions must be fully received by the closing time as late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.
