The City of Mandurah (City) is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced businesses or organisations for the supply and install of Temporary Plumbing and Gas equipment for Channel 7 Mandurah Crab Fest, for two (2) events planned for March 2025 and March 2026.

The Mandurah Crab Fest has become one of WAs largest free regional events. Attracting on average of 100,000 festival goers over the course of the weekend.

The event kicks off Friday night with a street party and ticketed experiences within pop up licensed areas. Followed by two full days of roving and stage entertainment and activities to suit the interests of a wide range of festival patrons including, children's entertainment, live music, cooking demonstrations, and gourmet food offerings, pop up licensed bars, impressive fireworks over Mandjar Bay and community and corporate displays.

The Requirements to be provided by the Quoter, under the proposed Contract, are set out in Part 2 Specification.
