The existing pavilion, built in 1975, is no longer fit for purpose nor aligned with Council’s Standards, as it currently only provides 2 change rooms with outdated amenities, and limited social space. With the proposed upgrade of the oval to provide 2 soccer pitches, the redevelopment requires the addition of 2 extra change rooms and associated amenities to accommodate 4 teams.
