This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Commission is seeking to engage an experienced partner to work with the project team on the delivery of the technical design, solution architecture and related supporting artefacts for the new Workforce Metrics solution. This engagement includes two work streams.
- Development of the Solution Architecture Document including technology structure across the application within the technology capability of the APSC.
- Review and design of the system’s data architecture and data model, including accompanying documents and diagrams.
