Manningham Council is looking to engage one or multiple suppliers to handle Cyclic Block Pruning and Electric Line Clearance services. This comprehensive contract involves two key components:

1. Cyclic Block Pruning: This entails the systematic pruning and ongoing maintenance of street trees across the municipality. The goal is to ensure that trees remain healthy, aesthetically pleasing, and well-managed in relation to their surrounding environment.

2. Electric Line Clearance: In conjunction with tree pruning, this service involves the removal of branches and foliage to maintain safe clearances around power lines. This aspect of the work is mandated by legislation and regulated by Energy Safe Victoria to prevent electrical hazards and ensure public safety. Suppliers will be expected to adhere to both local council requirements and state regulations, delivering services that maintain the safety, health, and appearance of street trees while complying with necessary legal standards.

The lowest or any quotation may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.
