Tender Description
Mosman Council invites tenderers for the remedial works at the Rawson Oval Pavilion and the public amenities at Clifton Gardens, Balmoral Tramshed and Rosherville Reserve.
These works include rectification of the timber framed windows, timber doors, door frames, installation of door hardware, removal of defective render and application of new render, painting to walls, removal of existing floor coatings and application of new colored coating, removal of existing handrails and balustrade, installation of new handrails and balustrades, removal of steel corrosion and epoxy coating on steel members and application of new paint coating throughout, removal and installation of new box gutter and downpipe, removal of anti-birds spikes, clean and patch existing fiber cement cladding throughout, installation of tactile indicators and stair nosings and construction of a raised concrete pathway.
