The Department of Government Services (Organisation/Lead Department), via its Whole of Victorian Government (WoVG) IT Strategic Sourcing and Digital Team, Government Procurement is responsible for establishing, operating and advising on effective WoVG Information and Communications Technology (ICT) State Purchase Contracts (SPC) on behalf of the Victorian Government.

The Minister for Government Services has accountability for ICT SPCs which are established under the policies governing procurement as set by the Victorian Government Purchasing Board (VGPB). The policies support the achievement of value for money and innovative outcomes, along with delivering benefits through aggregation of demand.

The Lead Department intends to establish a SPC for Multifunction Device and Printer Services (MFDP) to appoint a limited number of suppliers to provide a range of printers and multifunction devices which can scan, copy, print or send facsimiles. The Lead Department is looking to establish a contract with an initial duration of five (5) years with two (2) one-year extensions options.

The Lead Department is seeking responses to this Invitation for the provision of Goods and/or Services as outlined in attached Part A.2 – Specifications.
