This EOI seeks to identify capable and suitable Suppliers for the Transport, Storage, and Disposal of Hazardous Waste, ensuring compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations in NSW.

Project goals

The goal of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to identify suitable and capable Suppliers who can provide services for the collection, transport, storage and disposal of Hazardous Waste and to determine the most appropriate delivery model with a current preference for an end-to-end service.

Selected Suppliers may be included for a shortlist for future Hazardous Waste procurement activities.

Scope

Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from organisations with capability and experience, as well as the ability to provide the required Hazardous Waste services to NSWPF including:

• Collection and transportation of Hazardous Waste.
• Secure, dedicated Hazardous Waste storage facility.
• Disposal of Hazardous Waste, including recycling and destruction.

Services are required across NSW, but primarily within Greater Sydney region.

This Expression of Interest (EOI) invites suitable and capable Suppliers who can provide services for the transport, storage, and disposal of Hazardous Waste.

Respondent Requirements

The Respondent must:

• Include any assumptions, dependencies, and qualifications in the response.
• Obtain independent advice before submitting a response, if necessary.
• Ensure the response is accurate and complete.

The EOI form of submission for responses must:

• Be written in English.
• Be contained in the prescribed Returnable Schedule included in this document (Clause 8).
• Allow for additional documentation or attachments as part of the submission.
