This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Requirements
1. One on one interviews with all 6 NMI Executive - to draw out key themes, issues and areas of focus for engagement. Understanding the perspective of each individual Exec to help draw synergies and collaboration areas to foster positive Executive relationship.
2. Completion of a survey with a group / leadership tool assessment – possibly Hogan or other like tool focussed on team outcomes to understand Executive teams’ collective strengths, weaknesses, and culture. Fostering a supportive Executive team culture.
3. Validation of themes with CEO, feedback from assessment tool and presentation of conversation starter for first executive workshop. This will be used as direction setting. Confirming that the approach determined, based upon the survey and interviews is aligned with the overall direction which the Executive want to take.
4. Two workshops with the executive (6 people). Once direction is confirmed, hold workshops to develop shared understanding of each Executive’s priorities and balance the shared responsibility of divisional stewardship with the branch stewardship.
Building collective capability to managing strategic stewardship in the context of a complex operating environment as a unique division within a government department.
Foster a culture of supporting each other as a group and developing strategies on how they adapt to the changing governmental landscape as a group.
5. A package of individual coaching sessions available to the Executive following the workshops. Coaching to help Executive address their weaknesses, reinforce their strengths and helping Executive understand how to play to each other’s strengths. Executive team focus.
6. A final report which focuses on Outputs and agreed outcomes from the above that the supports the NMI Executive self-regulate future executive check ins. Celebrating where we have come from, recognising past achievements without being bound by them and action plan next steps for the year ahead.

Working arrangements: Hybrid
Of the six SES team members, 2 are in SA, 2 are in VIC, 1 in NSW and 1 lives in TAS, but works primarily from NSW. All team members have staff at more than one location across the country. All team members travel frequently.
