Supply and installation of 938m2 of commercial carpet (squares to main floor of Whyalla Public Library

Supply and installation of approximately 60m2 of Laminate to Vicki Ledo Room.

The Whyalla Public Library was due to resurface the polished concrete floor and replace existing carpet. Investigations into the polishing of the concrete were proven to be costly and have a major impact on the operation and provision of services at the library. Carpet installation in lieu of retaining the polished floor finish was thought to be the best option for the centre assisting with noise, reflection of light during summer and heat during winter. Shelving at the library was due for replacement and the timing of the two projects together is a key element to this project.
