Ballina Shire Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified contractor to replace the roof fascia, guttering, and roof sheeting on three buildings at its works depot on Southern Cross Drive, Ballina.

The works relate to three sheds at the works depot:

1. Open Spaces / Trades Shed

2. Depot Store Shed and Awning

3. Water and Wastewater | Electrical Trades Shed

The works required are to remove and replace corroded fascia purlins on the three sheds and to provide flashing on the new fascia purlins with Colourbond 0.48 BMT flashings and to install new guttering and downpipes.

Works include the removal of the existing roof sheeting and safety mesh on all three sheds and the supply and installation of new PVC Coated 316 stainless steel wire roof safety mesh or SWMS to install sheeting without safety mesh, the supply and installation of Bradford Anticon Tuff 80 MD R1.8 foil faced roofing blanket to all three sheds and the supply and installation of 0.48 BMT Colorbond Kliplok roof sheeting to all three sheds, and the supply and installation of 24 Bradford Hurricane Roof Ventilators.
