Lane Cove Council intends to establish a supplier panel for works/services within the bushland reserves of Lane Cove.

This tender is calling for suitably qualified and experienced contractors of:

Bush Regeneration

and / or

Track Construction

The contract for the panel would be up to 5 years (an initial 3 years plus two x 1-year extensions).

Suitably qualified persons or corporations are invited to tender to provide the works to the Council upon the conditions set forth in the Conditions of Tender the Contract and the Specification (attached in this Request for Tenders). All respondents must read, complete & return all returnable schedules by the tender closing date.

Respondents are welcome to tender for one or both of the Bush Regeneration & Track Construction panels. They should indicate if they are tendering for the one or both of the works/services panels.

Background information / Compatibility requirements

Lane Cove Council is responsible for care and control of approximately 151 hectares of open space. The bushland reserves take up 90 hectares of open space with approximately 16km of bush walking tracks.

The Lane Cove Council area offers a beautiful mix of parklands, reserves and bushlands, located along the waterways and foreshores of the Lane Cove River and its tributaries. The Local Government area includes the suburbs of Greenwich, Lane Cove, Lane Cove North (part), Lane Cove West, Linley Point, Longueville, Northwood, Riverview and St Leonards.

Council is calling Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of bush regeneration and / or track construction services through its reserves (Works/Services) in order to identify suitably experienced contractors for a supplier panel.
