Scope
Demand for well-designed open space is high and reflects the value our community places on these assets. To support the growth of our city, a new 6-hectare active park and drainage basin facility is proposed within the North West Priority Growth Area at Reserve 945, Rouse Hill.Rouse Road Drainage and Reserve 945 is listed within Contribution Plan 22 – Rouse Hill and the estimated budget for the development is $20M.
Depending on the available budget, the Scope of works may be a combination of Stages 1, 2, and 3 as shown in Figure 1 below.
Scope of worksThe development is broken into three distinct Project Stages.The Project Stages include:1. Stage 1 – Multifunctional active park with drainage and basin works2. Stage 2 – Play space, soft landscaping, hard landscaping and external services (drainage)3. Stage 3 – Playing fields (cricket and sports field), drainage, external lighting, retaining walls, paving, turf, landscaping, fencing and gates
