The Shire of Yilgarn is seeking expressions of interest from individuals and organisations seeking industrial land in Southern Cross.

There are a number of industrial zoned lots located in the industrial area of Southern Cross, of which are currently held by the Crown.

Should sufficient interest be identified, the Shire of Yilgarn will approach the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage to indicate the interest and request the Department consider developing and releasing the land.
