Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for Tenderers to be part of the minor civil works panel, for the provision of road pavement investigation and road pavement.

Project goals

Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for Tenderers to be part of the minor civil works panel, for the provision of road pavement investigation and road pavement design at various sites within the Local Government area (LGA).

The successful contractors will form part of Council’s preferred panel of contractors for the required services for a period of three years from commencement, with the option to extend the contract twice by one-year terms each time based on performance and at Council’s discretion. Council is looking to appoint up to two geotechnical contractors to the panel.

Generally, services are required during normal working hours for local roads, and out of working hours for heavily trafficked and Regional roads. TfNSW ROLs will be required to be obtained for Regional Roads and within 100m of traffic signals.

It is anticipated that commencement of works by the appointed panel will be from 13 January 2025.
