Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries (DLGSC) are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake remediation of roof plumbing issues on Centenary Gallery & Admin Building at the Art Gallery of Western Australia.

The Work includes but is not limited to roof plumbing works, roof tiling repairs, carpentry and roofing works, roof sheeting, stone repairs, painting, and other associated works specific to each building.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at James St, Perth at 31 Oct, 2024 10:00 AM.

A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at the Art Gallery of Western Australia. The location of the briefing will be at the Perth Cultural Centre - James St Mall Perth WA 6000.
