Tender Description
This Contract is for the construction of a new DN525 RCRRJ (class 4) stormwater pipe, one catchpit replacing the existing two manholes, upgrading the existing stormwater chamber, etc at 35 Ranfurly Street.
The main tasks involved in this Contract are:
- Supply and installation of 81m of DN525 RCRRJ (class 4) stormwater pipe
- Supply and installation of DN525 WaStop at CH.00
- Supply and installation of DN1200 manhole with trafficable lid
- Supply and installation of DN150 stormwater lateral
- Supply and installation of HYNDS street catchpit
- Supply and installation of Litta Traps within the HYNDS street catchpit
- Removal of existing DN300 SPCN pipe from the ground as required to allow new pipe to be installed within the existing easement
- Cap and abandoning of existing DN300 SPCN pipe remaining in ground
- Removal of existing stop valve from the outlet
- Removal of existing manholes (MH4 and MH5)
- Reinstatement of berm including hydro-seeding, footpath and unsealed surface
- Construction of kerb and channel up to new catchpit
- Removal of existing DN100 AC watermain and replacement with 125mm OD PE PN12.5 pipe for approximately 5m (PROVISIONAL)
- CCTV pipe inspection of a new stormwater pipe
- Oversight from SQEP
